What Does the following MRI Result Indicate?

I had a laminectomy and spinal fusion surgery in August of 2015. The surgery site was L5-S1. Have suffered from chronic pain since. Could you please explain some of my newest MRI results to me and what they may mean for me ?
L4-L5 Focal disc extrusion on left moderately deforms ventral lateral thecal sac. There's mild peripheral enhancement suggesting associated granulation tissue. Mild facet hypertrophic changes are present bilaterally. Mild 2 moderate canal stenosis. Neural foramina r patent.

Hello

Present MRI findings indicate degenerative changes in lumbo-scaral spine.
There is focal herniation of inter vertbral disc at L5-S1 level in left side which is indenting the thecal sac.
There are also enhancing(after contrast administration)surrounding peripheral tissue which may indicate granulation tissue. It is related to past operation and normally found after operation.

There are also mild facet(bony joint in between two vertebra) hypertrophy.
There is mild to moderate central canal stenosis.
It is good that lateral neural foreman are patent.

Findings need clinical assessment by a neurologist/neurosurgeon.

Get well soon.
Take Care
